Terms of Service

Welcome to Geziway. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geziway mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Geziway ("Geziway," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You need an account to use most features of Geziway. Account creation and sign-in are handled through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@geziway.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of the Service
Geziway helps you plan trips, including generating itineraries and recommendations with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and chatting with an AI assistant about your travel plans. Features, availability, and functionality may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
4. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries, recommendations, chat responses, and other content generated using AI are provided for informational and planning purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, including details about locations, pricing, availability, hours of operation, travel requirements, or safety conditions. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, booking travel, or making decisions based on it. We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as trip details, preferences, and chat messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Geziway a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including generating your itineraries and AI responses.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may reference, link to, or integrate with third-party services (such as maps, booking platforms, or authentication providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Geziway or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service as intended, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEZIWAY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Geziway harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your place of residence.
